Social work support that fits

Could social work be your missing piece?

When you have plenty of supports but things still aren't coming together, I look at the whole picture. I'll talk to your other services, coordinate what's happening and help find a way forward, even when things are complex.

Sound familiar?

Lots of pieces, but no one putting them together

Many people I work with already have a GP, therapists, a plan manager, a school or housing worker, and still feel stuck. Each service does its own part, but no one is looking at how it all fits.

That's where I come in.

  • Several services are involved, but no one is joining the dots
  • Each provider only sees the part they're funded or trained for
  • You've had to tell your story again and again
  • Things have been tried before and haven't worked
  • The situation feels too complicated for anyone to take on
How I work

Support that looks at the whole situation

Social work and case management don't stop at one funding stream or one professional field. I look at everything that's affecting you, and help the pieces fit together.

The whole picture

Health, disability, family, housing, money, school or work, and the systems around you. I look at how it all connects, not just one piece of it.

I'll talk to your team

I'm not afraid to pick up the phone. With your consent, I'll connect with your other supports and coordinate things so everyone is working in the same direction.

A fresh approach

If past attempts haven't worked, that doesn't mean nothing will. I take a fresh look at what's been tried, what's getting in the way and what could be done differently.

Why Missing Piece

Your life doesn't come in separate boxes

Most supports are designed to do one job well. A therapist works on therapy goals, a plan manager handles funding, a GP looks after your health. That's important, but it can leave gaps in between.

Social work sits across all of it. That means I can see where the gaps are, bring people together, and keep things moving, even when the situation is complex.

  • Qualified, [AASW-accredited] social worker
  • [NDIS registered provider / supporting self- and plan-managed participants]
  • Face-to-face across Gippsland, Victoria, and by telehealth anywhere in Australia
  • Trauma-informed, culturally safe and neurodiversity-affirming
